Our charcuterie is thoughtfully curated using quality meats, cheeses, and carefully chosen accompaniments. Guests are served at the cart and invited to choose their individual grazing “boat”, creating a relaxed yet considered experience that feels personal and unhurried, whether enjoyed during a drinks reception or as part of a larger celebration.Ahead of the event, we meet with the organiser to plan the menu in detail. From a comprehensive selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments, choices are tailored to suit the occasion, guest numbers, and any dietary requirements, ensuring everything feels considered, generous, and beautifully balanced on the day.

Our build-your-own cakes offer a relaxed, interactive dessert experience that feels both indulgent and effortless. Guests begin by choosing from a selection of freshly baked cakes, before customising their own with a choice of frostings, toppings, and finishing touches, all served from the cart and prepared to order.Every element is made using carefully sourced ingredients, including free-range eggs, local dairy butter, and high-quality chocolate, fruit, and flavourings. We keep things simple and honest, focusing on freshness and flavour so each cake is as enjoyable to eat as it is to create.Ahead of the event, the organiser selects the cakes, frostings, and toppings from our menu, ensuring the choices reflect the style of the occasion and the tastes of their guests.

Beginning with a choice of base, followed by a selection of cheesecake flavours, guests then finish their dessert with toppings and sauces of their choosing, all prepared and served at the cart.Designed to feel interactive yet elegant, this experience brings a sense of occasion without feeling over-the-top.
